Providers include sales and marketing expenses in their prices for both direct employees and independent agents and brokers. Our expenses are paid by them. But, you will save considerable time and money from having to do your own market survey, and get the benefit of our unbiased opinion and over 50 years of expertise in interpreting vendor responses. We work for you and your interests alone.

Single, Local Point of contact
Regardless of whether your Independent Telecom Broker recommends a single carrier solution or a multi-carrier solution, you still have a single point of contact to deal with the person who knows your account best. If you use a qualified Independent Telecom Broker, you can spend one appointment determining the best course of action, and just one more evaluating the best options available in your market. Having a single point of contact is a huge time saver!

Contract these services with the carriers you select
Once you have reached a decision, we will provide you with contracts directly from the vendors you've selected. We will work with these carrier resources and with you to provide additional support during implementation, and help understanding the invoicing.

Provide Lifecycle Support
After installation, we will continue to work as your advocate with the vendors you've selected, keeping in mind your business objectives, and looking for the best possible fit for your business requirements as technology changes. We can provide you with the continuity of relationships generally lacking in the ever-churning direct-rep environment.
